2) Fill in the "Multi-user License" area with number of additional users.

2) Fill in the "Multi-user License" area with number of additional Web sites in which QuickArt will be used and include the Web site domain name(s) for which you are requesting the license.
3) Add 25% of software price for each. For your convenience, example costs are calculated above.
4) Add tax (if in Illinois) and S&H. Send with payment to Wheeler Arts.SECOND - We send the product to you with assigned Multi-site Registration numbers.
